When Will Southwest Begin Service To Atlanta

A good leader, is a good disciple Dr.

Text: 2 Kings 2:15
"When the sons of the prophets who were from Jericho saw him, they said: The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha."
These days I have been thinking about the value that leaders should give the fact of being a successor. And is that most leaders today do not worry in the slightest to train someone to succeed them at any given time.
What happens is that most do not want anyone to replace him, so today it is common to see ministerial selfishness, a leader to see someone be raised and instead of supporting it, start putting to avoid situations that exceed the capacity and leadership. Sad but true.
The true leader is one who cut wings, or one that cuts logs, but he who sows to reap. A true leader is one who knows very well that at some point hollow and therefore have to be more they can do the work he performed.
is important to understand that we are not the same as life, God can lead to a larger ministry or other areas, but in the meantime, Will are preparing a successor?
And is that the meat does not sound very nice that the successor, because Who would you like someone to come make things much better that?, Humanly none of us would like but we have to learn that our pupils have to become better than us, but we were not good teachers.
If something I've always liked, is to give opportunity for growth to all who deserve it, all those who through hard work and effort is worthy of a better place. And is that justice in this area is part of my ministerial training, I have always believed that the best way de forjar buenos servidores es estar atentos a su crecimiento para darles oportunidad en el momento indicado.
Dear brothers and leaders in particular ministries or pastors, we are aware that we must educate our successors, as God has bigger plans prepared, "But what happened the day he was missing, Is there anyone currently can take the lead and follow your line?
Men like Moses learned to forge a successor, as was Joshua, a forging Eli to Samuel, who was able to forge an Elijah to Elisha, our Lord Jesus who forged during his 12 men Ministry period and they even said "Verily, verily, I say: He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also, and even greater will, because I go unto my Father " . (John 14:12)
How wonderful that each of us to understand the value of training people to be even better than what we have been in the Ministry . There is nothing better to do after a while those people to whom one day you advised, you led and ministered, now being respected leaders in ministries beautiful from the Lord, that's where you meditate and you can freely say: "Without doubt I was a good leader. "
Let us be good leaders, shaping a more leaders, that our congregations are leading factories, our goal is to make better servers and better leaders than we ourselves have been. There is the reward of a true leader, to forge more leaders who are better than them.

Are you forging your successor?, If not, what do you expect to forge?
